TV Tuner card

Hello out there i recently bought a laptop and it had already had windows 8 installed now i am trying to install my gadmei usb tv card so that i can watch tv on it but there is picture but no sound the progrom that the card use is TVHome Media 2. is there another program i can use

What's the model of tuner card? I don't think Gadmei even offers drivers that are Win8 compatible.

it is a KZTV-U382N i know i have searched now i try to get other systems that might work
