Hi guys, lately I been thinking about getting a new motherboard, mine (M68mt s2) is fine for now, but it lacks of some things I'm starting to need, like support for the newest Cpus, so I'm planning on buying a better one, and just to be sure of what to get, I'll ask for some advices.

First of all, the new mobo must have the following improvements:

- SATA 3 support
- Support for the AMD fx 8350 (lastest model I've seen)
- DDR3 support
- Has to be GOOD at overclocking

And this is not really essential, but If possible I'd like to have too:

- USB 3.0 support
- PCI express 3.0
- and more than 2 slots for RAM ( for instance support for more than 8 GB)

With that said, thank you for listening.

PD: just in case, I prefeer AMD because of budget questions, I'm planning to upgrade the cpu as well in the future, but for now I'll get a new mobo to overclock it a little.
