Upgrading case fans.

I want to make my system more quite. Which case fans would you recommend for this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147184 Rosewill Galaxy case?
I know there is a good deal for Thermaltake Riing 14 fans. Would they work well as intake and exhaust fans? I am not planning to put them on radiator.

I am willing to spend $30 dollars or less for three fans. And I'd preferably get something good on sale. I have a bit of patience to wait, if there are possible deals for fans coming around this time.

I have used a pair of their 140mm fans before, they make a nice product

Great! THANKS for the feedback ATMINSIDE. I like the spec's and the design of these 120's, especially the focused airflow; ie, centered or straightforward, not outer edges. So easy for fan makers to post a CFM number yet the fan not be able to provide enough air pressure to back it up.
