usb not working (very, very weird)

yes, device manager says its working perfectly.

well chaintech emailed me back about my support form i filled out online:
Dear Sir,

The usb controller can be shorted. Please have the board tested outside
of the case adding all peripherals and than test usb device while having
your pc on without the case.
