Ok guys here it goes ive found alot of stuff on overclocking how to unlock , increase fans speed, etc but the one thing i cant seem to find is how to build a voltage mod to increase my v core?

OS = xp pro
mobo = asus a7v266
cpu = amd1700 1.47
@1.61 vcore 1.85 11x 146/37
temp = 0% cpu 50c 100% cpu 56c
mem = kingston 512 ddr2100
hd = ibm deskstar 7200rpm 40gb
dvd rom + cd rw
soundcard = soundblasterlive
speakers= creative 5.1
vga = geforce3 @ core clock 245 memory clock 560

wow! i dont know if you really want to do a vmod when your load CPU temp is 56C. it will probably push your temprature past 60C and will most likely make your computer very unstable.

i would look into some cooling; it is one of the key elements of overclocking.

While i have a volcano 9 coolmad hsf and i have been watching other forums to get an idea of good temps and 50c is about average for a amd 1700 air cooled system. The only other thing I could do to get my pc cooler is go to water and iam not going there. No water in my pc LMAO.
Thanks for the info ronin.
