Good morning,

I was hoping someone could answer me a question.

I saw Vista OEM For System Builders on Newegg.com and it stated that it can only be installed on "One computer" and "cannot be transferred to another". The retail version says nothing of the sort.

But what constitutes a "New Computer"? As a "System Builder" I imagine it cannot mean it is only one single installation because i am always changing things such as Motherboards, HDD's, CPU's etc. as well as reinstalling Windows 2x a year.

With OEM you can only use it on that one mobo, retail you can install the OS multiple times and it doesnt matter.
