Hi all,

I have a strange issue with my k8n neo2 mainboard, and since i couldn't find any valuable answers (i'm totally unable to see how to solve this and nobody seems to know) in my country's forum (france), i decided to have a try with this forum ( it seems you have a good press :D ).

Well, i currently have the current system :

PSU ENERMAX 600W Noisetaker EG701AX-VE (35a on the 12v)
MSI NEO2 PLATINUM : bios 1.36b (fastwrite and nv speedup disable bios temps : 21°/41° (at bootup) cpu : 1.67 v (Memory : 2.65 v agp : 1.5 v timing ram : 2.5-3-6-2.
AMD 64 3500+ (0.13ù @ 220*11 @1.67v)
2 * 512mb OCZ EL (2.5-3-6-2 @2.65v)
GAINWARD Powerpack 2600 GOLDEN SAMPLE (6800 ultra) bios 15.06 (@430*1200)
Audigy 2 ZS soundblaster
Internal Kortex ADSL Modem
TEKRAM DC 390U SCSI Controller
ide drive : Ibm DTTA 371010 10GO with w2k
Maxtor Diamond max plus 9 80Go
Western Digital 122 Go
SCSI UNIT : ULTRAPLEX 40x
PLEXWRITER 12/10/32s
Cooling : 1 NOISEBLOCKER SX2 (12cm) in front panel at the bottom to cool my 3 ide drives
2 Enermax fans UC-8FAB (8cm) (extracting a)
1 Zalman CNPS 7000b cu + Artic silver5 on the cpu.

My problem is that at cold boot i have as nearly everybody a high temperature report with mbm 5 or corecenter. But what i also have is a cpu voltage that shows 3.3volts!!!!!! Nothing can run as you imagine and i kept having failures.
Each time i reboot without stopping the pc, everything is ok. I have a normal voltage as set in the bios that is 1.67v and then its rock stable (10 hours of prime....)

Does anybody have an idea on that problem?

Thanks for reading and helping
