I've built 4 custom enclosures and design 7. If anyone needs help engineering their project in 3D I'd be willing to help.
All you NEED to provide is a list of ALL of the parts you plan on putting inside.
PolyCarbonate is a must. Acrylic is too brittle and is very fussy when you try to cut it.
