Water Cooling Setup Advice / Loop + Equipment

Setting up my first Water Cooled HTPC for silent overclocking.

I was hoping to get some advice on my equipment selection, as well as any input on loop configuration, fan setup, push / pull etc..

Case restriction for Rad is 400mm x 60mm (including fans) with a width of 132mm

Case: Lian Li PC-O6S
CPU: Intel Corey i7-4790k
GPU: Nvidia Titan X
MB: Asus Z97i-plus (ITX)
Ram: 16GB DDR3
HDD: M.2 / SSD

Thinking about Hard Acrylic with fittings, and a pump / res combo unit.
Radiator thickness 30mm-35mm

Any help would be appreciated!
