Yes its a cheap PSU. It came with the computer made by "A2Z"
they are out of business (as far as I know), its only 250W and I had
cut it up somewhat b4 the picture. BTW incase anyone missed it.
It is NOT one of my computers nor is it one I built.

The only Deer units i've seen are 350 watters. They look terrible but wow this thing should be illegal... How the hell does it pass those certifications?

When that happens, delete the core's and try again, that is usually a sign of a corrupt core... FILE_IO_ERROR is most of those errors, sometimes can be bad ram too.
