What do you think of MSI 7950?

So a friend is buying a GPU. I saw this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127737
Which I thought would be an awesome price for a GPU of that performance. Wanted to know your opinions on it. Some reviews say it is an excelent card, and others that it runs way too hot and its way to noisy.

Looks like the reference cooler in different skin... the cooler may hold you back some, but not that much. My cards have reference coolers in them and before XFire, I was running it at 1050/1300 and it ran fine with the 20% bump you can do in CCC. Just make sure there's good airflow in the case.
