I thought that it was an mSATA socket and now I'm leaning towards M.2 but things are lining up as I think they should.
It has 75 pins which aligns with M.2 but the key in the "B" position is from pin 24 - 31 which does not match M.2 as best I can tell.

Edit: The answer if that this is an M.2 with the "E" key design. As of the date of this edit, I'm looking at getting an Intel AX200 wireless card for my laptop.

It looks like it might be mSATA. Are there two side by side screw holes or a center row screw?

It might be a WIFI socket too? Helpful, right? lol

I bought an mSATA WiFi card to replace the defective one in there. It's too wide. I don't have a NVMe drive that's not in use but I do have a cooler for one. The width of the cooler and the number of pins makes me think M.2. It's not for storage so there is only one screw.

Not my listing or picture but for better reference:

M.2 is just the socket... there are several keys for m.2.

I'd also guess that is m sata too...

M.2 E according to your link. That's a big help. Thank you.
