Depends on your chip, board, and cooler. Mostly silicone lottery though. Try to get as high as you can and let us know. Make sure to keep an eye on temps and your voltage. I am not sure what the max on either of those are but those are important in overclocking. I think you should be able to get around 3.7-4.0.
