When did AXP start locking?? 2500+???

There are very few after week38. I've got an unlocked week39.
There are a very small numbr of week 40 and 41. I have never heard of anything after week41 being unlocked.

officially, week 38. if you buy a sub week 38 CPU, you're guaranteed to get an unlocked CPU. AMD, like any good engineering based company, only shut down their foundries in sections to keep production up, so some processors manufactured after week 38 are still unlocked.
