Well, looking for a video card within price range of $100-350 CANADIAN. I currently have a s754 CPU (AMD 64 3300+), 1GB RAM, and 9600 SE. I want a card that would hopefully last for a while before I have to buy a new one.

Which of the following to get?

XFX 6600 256MB - $145.81 CAD
BFG 6600GT OC'ed - $169.99
Sapphire x800GT - $224.99
BFG 6800nu OC'ed - $227.47 CAD
EVGA 6800XT - $232.56
Sapphire x800 GTO - $250.66
ATi AIW x800XT - $279.99
EVGA 6800GS - $285
ATi x850 Pro - $299.99
ATi x850XT - $329.99
ATi x800XL - $349.99

x800XL is the best of all of them. Second choice is the 6800GS

Wrong, The X850XT will man handle the X800XL, especially once it's OC'd since XL's don't clock very high.

IMO go for the X850XT.

Well the AGP AIW X800XL is a very good overclocker, they tend to do X850 XTPE speeds :) so i would not say that the all the XL's are crap only the ones using the R430 core.

Well, New question. Should I stay with the x850XT, or upgrade to the x850XTPE even though its about 100$ more expensive

yeah the xt will almost certainly do xtpe speeds, and even if it doesn't the $100 is better spent elsewhere, like maybe for a custom cooler.
