Just installing SW on my new rig.

Does anyone know if Adobe Acrobat v7.x will install on Win11Pro?

The same question applies to the last stand-alone version of Adobe Lightroom?

I suspect not, but on this forum sometimes miracles happen!

It's not likely, I have Acrobat V9.5 for Vista 64 on a separate rig so your version 7.x has top be for XP at least.

Yeah I thought the same. I don't want to buy new SW for Adobe Acrobat features, guess I'm on the hunt for new SW eesh.

Adobe LR MIGHT work based on a post I saw on the net- we will see.

Do you actually need to author new PDFs or just convert a document to it?

Sometimes I need to edit PDF docs, sign for things, or join a few together. Never had to create a PDF within Acrobat.

Basic MS Office doc save as to PDF works fine.

But the above stuff is useful with Acrobat. I’ve tried other ways to get around not using Acrobat and it’s always a crappy circus of events when it should only take 3 secs in Acrobat hah
