Win. 7 Reporting

Hi, Just a quick question. Is there a way to have Windows report the correct freq. in Control Panel (system) when OCing? I am running at 4.7Ghz at this time & windows system reports the freq. at 4.40Ghz. That is the highest that it will report when OCing. It's not a big deal but just wondering
