Looks like a way to reregister .dll's that have gotten corrupted. I found this when I Googled one of the regsvr32's. That may be the way to fix it, and from the looks of it, Windows shouldn't have an issue
reregistering .dll's. Strange though, because I was told long ago that once .dll's are corrupted there is no fixing them. The user has to either reinstall the software related to it or the whole OS as the
case may be. This would be really interesting if it worked.

I'm glad you found this bit of command line wizardry. Knowing it's possible to reregister .dll's will make life quite a bit easier for many techs out there.
