Windows 8: How to disable "Tap to see what happens every time you..."

When you do things for the first time under Windows 8, you get pop-ups asking you to, for example,

Tap to see what happens every time you open DVD etc.


How can these pop-ups be disabled in registry or elsewhere *before* they pop up?

For the autoplay specifically, you can change that in the control panel.

Yup. Gotta turn all those off individually with new install
