Windows Movie Maker won't load, missing MF.DLL file

Hi, so i really like Windows Movie maker, cause it is nice and simple, and quick to use. Now when i had windows 7 i had no problems installing it or starting it. But with windows 8.1 after the install is finished and i try to start it up it gives me "MISSING MF.DLL" error. Can i download this MF.DLL file? Cause i know i can but i am afraid of soo many out there that most of them seem to contain some sort of adware or viruses.

Anyways if anyone can help me out that would be great. Thanks..

WMM isn't compatible w/ Win8.1. Try the Movie Moments app instead.

What would u suggest of any other softwares like windows movie maker that is similar and simple to use? Other then the Movie Moments app that u also suggest..
