Xigmatek Dark Knight and Corsair Vengeance

Help ? xD .... so i got this dark knight cooler and 4 x 4gb of corsair vengeance and a ASRock z68 extreme4 motherboard


now i installed the cooler just to find out theres no WAAY the 4 rams will fit and i read in newegg 2 reviews about people using 4 rams vengeance with the xigmatek, anyone here has one ? that can tell me if i installed this wrong cause the heatsink is in top of the first slot of ram...thanks
