I'm so happy!!

She's running 2.7Ghz again. 1.95Vcore like before. Thancks to all thouse who helped me, and thanx to these forums for being awesome!

Results are quite interesting. The last 200 Mhz upped the volts from 1.7 - 1.95. Its a large jump in voltage to achieve stability. I think this chip could do 2.8, but that would require over 2+v, which im not prepared to do.

Results of overclock (second real attempt since oening the chip)

2000Mhz @ 1.45v = stable
2100Mhz @ 1.45v = stable
2200Mhz @ 1.45v = stable
2300Mhz @ 1.525v = stable
2400Mhz @ 1.6v = stable
2500Mhz @ 1.7v = stable
2600Mhz @ 1.825v = stable
2700Mhz @ 1.95v = stable

Load temps at 2.7 is 40*c with 35*c idle. Case is 17*c.

BT TT heatsink with 220cfm delta fan at 12v.

IDYHA 0505WPMW steppings.

This chip used to require 1.85v to be stable at 2.5ghz, but that has fallen consirderably. Memory is at 200Mhz 2,2,2,11 2T. 2T to ease the strain on the mem controller as per advise. I will overclocked the memory at a later date.

once again thanks. Beer for all!

even though we're only talking about 1-2%, try and go for 1T command rate(dunno if your bios allows you to change tho, CPC ON if it is)

Those temps look pretty good for that much voltage. Maybe its the 220cfm delta.:attn:
abit nf7 mobo serie read temp from soket not directly from diode so those value can be from 5 to 15 c higher depond on heat sink

but air cooled xp @2700 with 1.95 volt even @50c is good result also
