XP Won't Shut Down

I´ve XP Pro and since two days ago when i tried to shot down, it get frozen.

any idea?

Shut down?

It could be anything. Have you made any software or configuration changes? Have you tried a system restore back to two days ago?

Not really, and just now restored the system from 2 days ago, the problem keep going.
