Should I disable the CPU Disconnect, CPU Thermal Throttle and FSB/AGP spectrum options in the bios setup for overclocking??

You bet my friend!

Disable Bios and System Cacheing as well. No need for them.

:)

What type of mobo do you have btw?

Abit AN7 currently testing using Tictac's AN7DE8 with CPC Off.
XP-M2600 @220x11.5 1.844v
2x512MB PC3200 2.7v
NB at stock 1.6v
I'm getting sometimes memory read errors while playing Farcry....i think i need to bump my vdimm to 2.8v.

I've read OCZ and Abit recommendations to bump up chipset (NB) voltage to 1.7 if you plan on OCing the memory, might be worth a try.

Sounds pretty good though. :)

Yes, more chipset voltage will always help the memory/FSB speed get higher.

And Tictac recently got to 280FSB with an AN7 but I think a volt mod had his RAM (probably BH5) running on 3.3V

Prime95 runs for about 40 mins then it kicks directly to the desktop, i will up the ram voltage to 2.8/2.9v and NB to 1.7v as suggested.
