660ti or 7950

Im looking to upgrade my graphics from a gt640 to something of a much higher caliber. I looking to spend roughly 300 dollars, so i want to get my money worth. I really like the 660 ti and ive heard good things, but comparing it to the 7950 and the offers amd has out(gaming bundles) plus the 3gb of vram would it be worth the extra 20 bucks to get a 7950?

Ya I would go with the 7950, and if you buy it now you get Crysis 3 and Bioshock Infinite for free.

What games are you playing? The 7950 and the 660ti tend to trade blows depending on the game. I went with the 7950 a month ago when I was at the same crossroads, but it was on sale at Newegg for $260, so...

Perferly bf3, then bf4 also crisis and bioshock.... so im probally gonna go with 7950 cause they have a good sale on new egg for 260 with mail in rebate
