Any sustained speed tests?

I have roadrunner and the initial speedboost screws up the speed tests. Are there any out there that have large file transfers? I just want something more reliable that bittorrent to test with.

log into steam and go download a 1gb + demo of something. Their servers usually max out my 26/20mbit connection.

Speedtest.net is pretty much the standard for testing connections.
