What do you guys think of this compound to act as a sealant for a pelt set up? Arctic says its an absolute electrical insulator.

Thats what I was using with my T-Bird. I was getting temp of 24C idle and 30C load. However this time around I'll be using AS2.

why wouldn't you just use foam? use this to make sure the foam makes contact...but use foam overall, air tight

don't forget to foam the backside of your MOBO also...this will help stop condensation forming there also

What type of foam can I use, and where can I get it? (in walmart?. only place open right now ... )

Arctic Alumina is a thermal grease. Put some neoprene in the center of your ZIF socket and dielectric grease in the pin holes.
