OK, basing this on the idea found Here I made somthing simmalar, but bigger. It is two lengths of PVC, 3" diameter, aprox 3-4 feet tall. The problem is it wont stop filling the main tube, until it floods. But the the question. Is this due to an air leakage, or is there too much water in the pipes for this concept to work? I did drill some holes for the barbs and whatnot, but I gooped them really good, and havent found an air leak. Thanks for any help.

I think I see what your doign there, and yes its becuase air is leaking into the rez in some way shape or form... you need to fix that somehow...
