OK So this is what I just bought tell me what you think!

Alright since nobody was willing to reply to my first thread when I was asking if these were good parts to buy, I did my own research, and they all seem pretty damn good. So I went and bought them last night Mostly from Newegg they seemed to have the best prices around. I will prolly be folding on this machine too, so hollar back and let me know if you think I made a wise decision by buying these parts. I know it was over my price budget of $1700.00 but hell thats what tax returns are for, although those wont me comming for a while lol.

only thing i would change is the PSU, gotta replace it soon, that thing is a powmax, and it does exactly what its called. besides that, i think you got a great rig!

:S the case and psu - the demon cases look good and all but arent too functional IMO

also why go for 1 300gb hard drive its probably better to go for like 3 120's more options with three also you can conisder raid and stuff....

only suggestions a great machine no matter what

-Get a Thermaltake case or some kind of Antech without PSU and get a 480W Antec Turepower PSU
-Get 2x 160GB SATA and set them on raid 0 is better than 1 3000GB
-How about 2x Ballistix for memory?

Everything else are just look fine to me.

The PSU is not a Powmax, the case is and it came with a 550W Chiefmax PSU. I hope that it works alright

What about the Heatsink and CPU fan?
I got the Thermalright SKL948 and a Vantec Tornado 92 x 38 mm CPU fan. The stock AMD Fan/CPU doesn't quite cut it if you plan on OC'ing. Also I got a Fortron 530W PSU (see my sig). You may want to check out this thread if you have N00b questions like I did.

Pay particular attention to application of AS-5.

Good Luck dude!
