Can't get windows10 logon screen password to show up

reinstalled Win 10 and the password log in does not show up. The finger print and key pad does
does. Forgot the security word for login when password is forgotten so the password would not work at login . Also I could change itin Windoss but it wouldn't work on log in screenSo I clean the whole system and now the password login does show at all.
Under login options in Windows 10
windows Hello has everythinglisted but password login
How do I get the Windows login back
I have not installed all updates for Windows 10 yet

Are you using a Microsoft sign in or a local machine (i.e., off line) sign in?
