DVD Playback Freezes

My system spec:

AMD Athlon 1.4gig 266FSB @ 1.51
Thermalright Sk6 hsf (no temps problems)
IWill KK266-Raid with lastest bios(May)
256mb Crucial PC 133 Cas 2
Elsa G-Force 2 Ultra
Soundblaster live 5.1
Creative Dxr3 Mpeg card
DVD 12X Encore

Using latest Nvidia drivers for graphics card
Using latest Creative drivers for Dxr3 card and its application software.

Since I bought this DVD Encore kit I cannot get the DVD's to play without random freezes ie You could be playing the DVD and the movie could have been playing for 10-50 minutes and suddenly the pictures freezes and sound is gone. Note system does not freeze only the film. I then have to replay the movie again and again......

Can any body help....this did not only happen with this mobo and graphics card I also had a g-Force 256 ann and ECS board also resulted in random freezes.

Also note Dxr3 card is on IRQ9 sharing with 3 other devices.

One more thing I have DMA enabled for my DVD-ROM drive

Thats pretty weird, my only guess is that if you are running your FSB out of spec, maybe your DVD player and encoder card dont like that
