Full Spectrum Warrior Videos Not Showing?

Guys i have this strange problem in Full Specturm Warrior videos don't come i can hear the sound and all but videos just don't show up, in the main menu there are six boxes in which videos run even those are blank

1 GB RAM DDR400 Dual Channel
Radeon 9800 Pro
Audigy 2
Cats 4.9

any ideas?

ummm i even tried installing the latest klite mega codec pack but still no result argh !!!

i know now i am getting pain in *** .. but i reinstalled ATI drivers and problem is slightly fixed .. i can see videos ( woah ) plus main menu shows videos .. but the game videos shows half screen i can't even explain it properly its like right side of the monitor is showing video and the left side of the monitor is blank like if someone have kept a black paper on top of the video running
