Home computer: Gigabyte GA_EP45-UD3L mobo with intel quad processor: :(

I had to take this desktop to my office to use with my office HD while I was waiting on a new power supply for my office computer. Worked fine. Brought it back home today, and when I got everything hooked back up, there were issues with booting. It went to desktop once, then a beeping started, and it tried to repeatedly boot up. The cpu fan seemed to be erratic in going off and on. I checked all the board connections and they seemed okay.

The four indicator lights on the board were from top to bottom: red yellow green green. I do not know what these mean, but red usually is not good.

I do not know if something jarred loose or what while transporting.

Help please

Check all your connections. Reseat your ram and check your heatsink to make sure its on properly.
