well i have two great solvents for this heatsink goop. The first is 1-1-1 trichloroethane i believe is the right name. Works wonders, just have to put the waste into an organic halogens waste jar. The other is more widely available and does wonders. Just use WD-40. It is a great solvent! I used it and it was much better than rubbing alchohol. Just a little tip.
