Intel Newbie needs info on CPU

hey guys. I got an old hospital computer sitting here that my friend gave to me. I think I'm just gonna set it up to fold and do light office work. I just need to know some info about the CPU. Since I'm an AMD phreak, I don't know a lot aobut Intels. SO here goes (as its printed on the chip) OH- and its a CELERON,not a pentium!:

Correct me if I'm wrong, but what this info means is that the chipp is 466 MHz , 128K cache and is a Malay-produced chip? THANK YOU!!
