My dad needs a new computer his is really slow, would it be better to built something for him or buy this? this guy at work is selling it. What you guys think?

My dad doesn't play any games, just alot of ebay/pictures and skype. And every time he is skyping the computer saying low performance. What you guys think?

Its so much at ebay because of bitcoin mining. Otherwise, its a decent card for gaming... but again, your dad doesnt game so it doesnt really matter how good the GPU will be when he can get away with on board.
