Memory bit question

If you buy DDR memory today, is it 64 bit or 128 bit?

i believe it's 32-bit, dual pumped (up and down, to and from, or something) making it 64-bit, check this out:

i thought it was 64 bit

and DDR is 64 bit but it just transfers twice as much data (DDR) as regular SDRAM

and dual channel DDR is 2x64 so 128-bit

and the older RDRAM is 16 bit

i850 chipset Dual RDRAM which is 2x16bit so 32 bit

and the newest RDRAM is 32 bit (no DC needed)

it is 64bit
