Hi all. I am building my first gaming pc and i can spend no more than $700 and i was wondering if this was an okay setup...

CPU- AMD Phenom II X4 Quad-Core Processor 955 Black Edition ($139.99)
Video Card- Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 1GB ($144.49)
PSU- OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W Modular ATX Power Supply ($64.99)
HDD- Western Digital Caviar Green SATA 3.0GB/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive ($56.31)
DVD Burner- Sony AD-7260S 24x SATA Internal DVD Burner ($24.99)
Case- Rosewill DESTROYER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case ($49.99)
MOBO- GIGABYTE GA-770T-USB3 AM3 AMD 770 USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard ($79.99)
RAM- G.SKILL NS 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM ($49.99)

I already have a copy of windows 7, a monitor, and a keyboard and mouse
Oh and also, would this work with my mobo? Im a total noob to this stuff so forgive me
