Not getting this rig, but what do you think?

I've been reading up a bit for the last week or so seeing how things are going and I'm planning on going dual core soon. This requires an almost all new rig(check sig). So I just now spent an hour on newegg piecing together a lower priced very decent rig imo.

saw both of those, by looking they didn't seem like they would be any better by specs...but I guess they are
