Best bet is to read through the Tips and Techniques section on the front, really get to know what options your mobo allows, and do a bunch of reading here in the forums. Once you know what your system will allow, you'll be able to get much more specific advice.
 
you could also read your motherboard manual to find out if it supports fsb increasements, vcore adjustments and many other things such as ram timings and dimm vcore.
