So pretty much what I took from the benchmarks is that the NF200 at least keeps things on par with the native x8...I think for another video I may do a single card native x16 vs NF200 x16 with SLI disabled.
Think that would be an accurate head to head?

What it tells me, from the little information we have is that having it (and isnt it extra?) for an SLI/Crossfire 2 card setup seems useless. Its only in a 3 card setup would that be required.

I wonder what 3 580's would do with a proper 16x/16x/16x setup...

Those who have the X58 Classified 759 could tell ya...mine will pull out x8/x16/x16 but not full Tri SLI bandwidth. Such as it is.
