Lol okay ram is bottleneck. I have 1 stick of pc2100 512mb not in dual lol
My sig says pc4200(NOT UPDATED) lol meaning i will buy it soon.
One more question...
If i get dual pc4200(533mhz), will it my 1ghz? Will the FSB run async with the memory??? What will happen? Will it run 1:1 and btw whats 1:1 lol? do i have to oc it to get to 1:1? cuz i dont wanna oc

pc2100 = DDR266 (actual clock of 133 Mhz)
pc4200 = DDR533 (actual clock of 266 Mhz)
pc4200 is not the same as dual channel pc2100

You should be getting two identical sticks of pc3200 (DDR400) RAM so that you can run them in dual channel mode. This is faster than having 2 unmatched sticks or just 1 stick.

DDR400 will run async with your P4 3.0 Ghz. Your FSB is 200 Mhz quad pumped, and DDR400 is 200 Mhz.
