I started work on a similiar block a few months back but after a couple failures with sealing bagged it for a while. The baby rapidly growing inside my wife took my interest.
I was sure that a more efficient design could outperform the trendy spirals with high flowrates. Seems like high flowrates are just a way to compensate for a poor design. Not enough performance? stomp on the gas hehe.
Anyways, glad you succeded where I failed.... but I may just need to dust off that block of copper.
