Which headphones should I get?

Hi there!
I'm on the lookout for a cheap pair of headphones that offer a decent quality.
What I look for is nice bass and semi-decent crispness on the mids & highs.
I know cheap and good don't really mix well, so I'll have to compromise.
Can anyone tell me is there a noticeable difference between these two;

Is it really worth it to go for the 2nd pair? It costs twice as much as the "American Audio" ones.

My budget is 150 BGN, which is around $110, the problem is that everything in here is overpriced, thus headphones that are worth 80 bucks in the US cost 120 here.
I'm also limited to buying from Bulgaria only, since we're practically broke and our bank account is being monitored - if I do put any cash in it they'll be frozen and eventually taken by creditors.

I thought it was because the bulgarian post fail to deliver anything shiny

other than finding someone outside bulgaria to drive them over from uk or wherever.... your options are what they are. not exactly a technological wonderland out their :/

Hey, Bubble, nice to see you're still visiting OCF!
I'm currently rockin' a semi-decent amp - "The Louse" by Dragon & Priest Audio.
Bought the kit a couple of months ago, good stuff.
I want something good enough for me to enjoy my tracks and not bug my mom.
Open for suggestions (if you guys have any).
Surprisingly enough our postal service has improved, all they take is the smaller stuff.

There's no way we're clearing our debts anytime soon and life is short, still on the look out for headphones.

if your broke, buying stuff you don't need will only put you deeper in debt.
if I where you I'd buy the cheapest headphones I could get and save the $$$ to pay off you debt.

I'm not here to discuss my debts. They can't be paid off and I'm 110% positive about that. We didn't actually take them so we sure as $!@$% ain't paying them. I'm also positive about wanting a pair of semi-decent headphones in the $80-110 range. If anyone has any suggestions - please share. If you don't than I'll just mark the thread as solved.

Yeah, but they cost $220 here.
@Bobby Shure SRH240 & Audio Technica ATH-T500 are in my price range (Shure @ $75 & AT @ $104).
