will a WD5000AAKS work with an abit nf7-s v2 mobo (sata 150)?

hey guys

im about to buy a westerd digital 500gb drive (wd5000aaks) which is sata2/300 but im wondering will it work fine in my current mobo (sata 1/150)? with no conflicts etc

BTW my mobo has a silicon image 3112 onboard controller and i have the latest v27 bios

Not a problem, sata 3Gb/s drive works on older 1st generation sata 1.5Gb/s port/interface.
