The GTO and GTO² may be able to unlock to x850s, the GTO² has virtually 100% chance, where as the GTO has a lower, but still high chance.

Pretty much the GTO is for people who want to unlock theirs and give it some nice cooling to get it much better. I wouldn't reccomend it if you dont plan on doing that though.

Assuming you want to flash it and cool it nicely like I said it will perform @ x850XT (if you get a GTO² your chances are much higher) and then you can go and oc it some more and youll have your self a OC'd x850XT. Good deal, and definitely better than a 6600.
