Good Ram

Does anyone know where I can get Samsung PC2700 (CLT) ram in either 256mb or 512mb configs. Newegg does not guarentee that they will ship CLT and not DLT ram. Also I have heard that the new Rev. 3 PC2700 OCZ RAM is really CLT Samsung RAM. Is this true?

I'm not sure where you would be able to find the Samsung DDR but I would stay clear of OCZ. Their ram seems to never run at rated speeds and people say it is very difficult to RMA.
