I have the SE 440BX (not 2) board and on mine the PLL will not let you use anything else than 66 or 100fsb.
A guy sugested to me to change crystal from 14.xx to 16MHz but I don't think it's worth the trouble.
I think your board is pretty much the same as mine right?
I don't remember the specs for yours so I can't tell you for sure that it wont work.
