E3 1220v5 in Z170P couldn’t run in the BLCK I wanted.

My motherboard is asus z170-p,and cpu is E3 1220v5(worked in the modified bios). I have tried three different version of bios,and tried to overclock the CPU by adjusting BLCK.But CPU BLCK always running at 98-99.9mhz, no matter how large I adjust it.How to deal with it?

Will it work at 120 bclk? Os it attemtping to boot, failing, and reverting to stock? Try 102, 103...
