Does anyone know if Innovatech blocks will work with Koolance systems? Seems both use 8mm tubing.

If they use the same tubing, I don't see why not.

i think koolance uses 1/4 OD tubing... and the Innovatech blocks use 3/8 and 1/2 OD fittings. im not 100% sure though.

No the Innovatek uses 10mm tubing, a difference size right below 3/8". AFAIK Koolance uses 1/4", so that would be suboptimal already. As for the rest- why not use the components Innovatek bundles? These are better than the Koolance stuff at least.
